Facebook and NewsAds Resources

I recently sent out some information about Facebook and NewsAds to the PRX Builder users.  For folks who want to explore a little more on the two subjects, I’ve included some further reading below:

Facebook

It is a place for you to build and maintain relations with key contacts and friends and also, in my opinion, the most effective way to package and present your online business persona. — Brian Solis

Brian Solis has written some excellent articles on how one can start using Facebook as a networking and marketing tool:

FaceBook is the Online Hub for Connected Professionals

Facebook is the Hub for Your Personal Brand

I’ve also written about the importance of a professional Facebook profile:

NewsAds

NewsAds are advertisements that are published to the Google AdWords network.  You know, the ads that appear besides the Google search results and on web pages across the internet.  PRX Builder now offers NewsAds as an additional feature for each news release.  Publish your release through PRX Builder and then create a NewsAd about your release on Google AdWords. — Shannon Whitley

Thanks, Michele. A client was specifically interested in Facebook and nonprofits. Your post was a perfect find.
